Milan has over 30 years experience in Commercial Property Management and Development. She has overseen Operations and Accounting for Willis & Company for the past 20 years. Her responsibilities include the oversight of the office, retail and R&D portfolio as well as the financial reporting requirements of our clients. Milan has been an instrumental factor for the reduction of operating expenses for out managed properties while strategically completing capital improvements to help the properties maintain a continual fresh appearance.

Prior Professional Experience
Prior to Joining Willis & Company, Milan was controller of O'Donnell Property Services, a prominent commercial property management and development company. She assisted the CFO with supervising and implementing policies and procedures with regards to the Company's entire accounting department. Milan supervised assistant controllers, staff accountants, AP/AR and administrative personnel who were responsible for completing reporting requirements for over 30 client properties located in both Northern and Southern California. The company was acquired by the national property management firm, Insignia, Inc. where Milan continued as Portfolio Manager/Controller for their most prominent clients.

Milan Graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an Accounting emphasis.
